Volunteer

Volunteer stewards are an essential part of our Front of House team, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all our visitors. As a steward, you’ll be based in public areas of the building during events and performances, carrying out duties such as scanning and checking tickets, monitoring audience activity, and most importantly making sure everyone has a great night out.

The role also involves supporting the safety of our guests, including assisting with audience evacuation in the event of an emergency.

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are happy to follow guidance and can commit to at least two shifts per calendar month. Shifts are flexible – afternoon, evenings, and weekends.

Full training is provided, along with ongoing support. Volunteering with us is a great way to build new skills, make new friends, and enjoy our fantastic shows. Just a few of the many benefits.

Please note the minimum age requirement to become a volunteer is 18.

Due to the nature of the role, our stewards must be physically fit to climb up and down stairs.
